Made to Order
All our cushions are handmade to order, and takes approximately 7-10 working days before dispatch.
UK Customers
- Cushions are sent directly from our London manufacturer via Royal Mail.
- UK shipping is £3.95, or free for orders over £50.
- As we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time, we recommend using a work address if you’re not home during the day to ensure someone can sign for your parcel.
International Customers
- Cushions are only available without an inner for international shipping. Should an order be placed with the inner included, we will refund the price of the filler and dispatch a COVER ONLY.
- Orders are dispatched directly from our London manufacturer via standard airmail (no signature required on receipt). Please consult the Royal Mail website for additional airmail delivery timescales.
- International shipping is charged at an additional £12 for cushion covers, in addition to any postage fees for other products in your order. This charge is set by our manufacturer.
- Some international orders may be subject to customs duties in your country. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email: hello@beanandbemble.com quoting your name and address, order number, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. A refund for the full amount of the order will be sent to you within 30 days. Shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable.
If you're environmentally conscious, we suggest choosing the cotton-linen mix cushion paired with our eco-friendly cushion pad, made from 100% recycled plastic fibres. This sustainable option provides a beautifully textured, natural finish while reducing waste - perfect for a stylish and responsible home.
All our cushions are handmade in the UK by a small family business and printed to order. Unlike mass-produced fabrics printed on a roll, our designs are printed as panels, ensuring minimal material waste. This process not only supports local craftsmanship but also helps reduce excess production and environmental impact.
