TRADE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All items are designed, printed and proudly made in the UK.
Prices include branded Bean and Bemble packaging (label / swing tag / belly band, where appropriate).
If barcodes are required, kindly inquire, as they are not provided with every product unless specifically asked for.

Orders with Bean and Bemble: To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business, and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are as such. You are only authorised to sell through your specified retail outlet; selling via a website and other outlets would need written approval. Samples: Available on request, subject to stock and chargeable. The cost of this sample will be refunded in full, offset against your first order, provided that the sample is returned to us in usable condition.
UK orders: Minimum order (first order) £100. No minimum on repeat orders. When you place an order, Bean and Bemble will send you a Pro-Forma Invoice and you must pay the total sum owing by the date set out in the Invoice. Bean and Bemble will not ship your order before the Invoice has been paid in full and monies have cleared. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or BACS / bank transfer. Your first three Bean and Bemble orders must be pre-paid via proforma invoice, Account customer terms can be discussed after 3 orders have been completed.
UK Delivery: Standard delivery charges apply on orders up to £500. Delivery on orders over £500 within the UK is free. Delivery and time frames will be determined at the time an order is placed. This can be anywhere between 2 - 12 weeks. If you require delivery by a certain date, please discuss this when placing your order and we will do our best to meet your needs. If you choose to split your orders, then standard shipping charges will be applied to each order. If we have a stock shortage and have to put some items on back order to a date more than 5 days past the dispatch date originally stated, then we will cover the extra shipping cost. All orders will be shipped via either overnight courier or Royal Mail.
International orders: First order, £150 (excluding carriage). No minimum on repeat orders. Payment: Pro-forma invoice. Delivery: orders are shipped from Brighouse, West Yorkshire, UK and will be sent via courier, please email hello@beanandbemble.com for a shipping quote as this is based on the size and weight of your order. You are welcome to arrange your own collection if preferred.

Lead Times: Available stock items are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) subject to payment on a proforma basis. If any item(s) are out of stock, you will be notified of this and advised of the estimated timescale for delivery. Non-stock item lead times will vary between 8-12 weeks, please contact us for a more accurate date.
Damages and Shortfalls: If, on receipt of your order, there are damages or a shortfall in goods ordered, you must notifiy Bean and Bemble within 48 hours of delivery. If possible we will send you replacements or a credit will be applied to your account. If we are unable to supply any part or all of your order, we will notify you and send replacements where possible or apply a credit to your account. Our total liability to you in any event shall not exceed the price paid by you for the relevant part of your order.
Handmade: Our products are handmade, so please accept there can be some minor differences in size and finish, such as slight colour changes, small white flecks in our cotton fabrics, or very minor blemishes on melamine items; these irregularities are normal. Due to this nature, the buyer accepts this when the order is placed. It will not be a considered fault and therefore no credit will be issued. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us before placing an order.
Returns: We cannot accept returns without prior agreement and must be notified within 48 hours of acceptance of delivery.
Copyright and Images: The words and images on the Bean and Bemble website, documentation, and publicity is owned by Bean and Bemble and subject to copyright. If you would like to use any of our images for promotional purposes please ask us first. You must not use any images or words without our prior written permission. Please email us and we will happily arrange for some images to be sent to you. All intellectual property rights in connection with any of the Goods shall be owned by Bean and Bemble.
Privacy Policy: Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Bean and Bemble. We do however reserve the right to list your store's contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request.
Special Commissions: We welcome orders for special commissions or custom colour combinations (subject to a minimum item / order quantity). These orders placed with Bean and Bemble are non-refundable and a deposit must be paid before manufacture commences.
Pricing: We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time unless prior invoiced. These wholesale prices are confidential, please do not share this information without prior permission.
Online Wholesale Marketplaces: Orders placed online through online wholesale marketplaces such as Faire and Ankorstore may have additional Terms and Conditions in place set by those websites. Likewise, there may be some difference in shipping charges. Our product prices are the same across all platforms and will regularly be checked and updated.
